Acronym for Permanent Makeup. Microblading, Powdered Brows, Combination Brows, Lash Enhancement, Soft Eyeliner, Classic Eyeliner, Lip Blushing are all consider form of Permanent Makeup
Once a new appointment and a touch up have been completed, a return visit it is considered a refreshment. This could be anywhere from 1 to 3 years for brows and 2-4 years for eyeliner and lips.
Each new appointment comes with a 6 to 8 week touch up. Think of this as a perfecting session where we see what areas healed lighter and where we need to enhance shape or color.
This is combination of both the microblading and the powdering. There are lots of different options on how we can combine the microblading strokes with the powdering to create a brow that is specific to your liking.
A form of tattooing the brows using a cosmetic tattoo machine that creates a bunch of tiny dots, layered together to create a denser brow. This is still done by using pigment. We call it powdering because it is meant to look like when you have filled in your brows with a pencil or powdered makeup. Some people call this shading or tattooed brows, it all means the same thing.
A form of tattooing the brows using a hand- held pen. Tiny scratches in a hair like pattern are made in the skin with pigment. Think of microblading as tattooing tiny lines in the brow.
A form of tattooing the eyeliner that creates a defined eyeliner edge. Its the classic eyeliner. Whereas the edge of the soft liner is pixeled and smudged. This edge is defined and crisp. Just like the soft eyeliner we tattoo the lash line and then continue up on to the eyelid for more of an eyeliner look. The thickness of the classic eyeliner depends on the client’s desires and the available space on the eyelid.
A form of tattooing the eyeliner where the top edge of the eyeliner is a soft dusting or smudged line. Think of the top line as being pixeled instead of a defined line. The soft eyeliner will include tattooing the lash line (see Lash Enhancement Eyeliner) and then the liner continues up onto the eyelid for more of an eyeliner look. The thickness of the eyeliner depends on the client’s desires and the available space on the eyelid.
